To foster partnerships and connections across national, state and local levels, and to create and articulate a common vision of education, conservation and recreation at the confluence area of the Mississippi and St Croix Rivers.

• increase recognition and appreciation of this area

• enhance existing resources

• acquire funding for education, conservation and recreation

• ensure that all people can enjoy these assets in the future
